Regulate your Nervous System; Change your Life.

Regulate your Nervous System; Change your Life.

Get back to living the way you want to.

Rather than treating the disease, chiropractic care treats you. We utilize a combination of low risk manual therapies to regulate your nervous system function and optimize your health. These include: spinal manipulation, manual and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, sacral blocking, flexion-distraction, cupping, and more!

It’s so much more than back pain.

Did you know that Chiropractic care at its essence promotes nervous system optimization? Your central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) are responsible for every single movement, thought, feeling, and chemical reaction in your body and life. When it’s working at its best, so are you. You ARE your nervous system.

So what does Chiropractic care do? Adjusting the joints of the spine and extremities promotes proper movement and alignment, which in turn effects the response of surrounding muscles, connective tissue, and nerves. Adjustments ensure that your body can do everything it needs to do without interference, allowing for natural health promotion.

How does it work?

Your initial appointment with Dr. Lexi will include nervous system scans, thorough health history, and traditional orthopedic/neurological exam. We’ll discuss your goals and how to get there, which will impact how often you should receive treatment.

We ask for a 6 month commitment to care. It’s not mandatory, but it’s the most loving thing you can do for yourself. Chiropractic care is not a quick fix. It takes time to unravel the patterns your nervous system has put in place to protect you. Consistently showing up for yourself is how you change your life. That’s the business we’re in.
